Jean Elizabeth Orr, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on March 20, 2024. She was 90 years old.

Mrs. Orr was born in Havre de Grace, MD, to John Vaught and Mildred Singleton Bromley. She was the devoted wife of the late Clifton Arthur Orr, Sr., loving mother of Linda Bosze (Roger), Johnnie Lee Orr, Deborah Jean Rosser, and the late Clifton Orr, Jr., grandmother of Rebecca Lynn Boatman, Jeannie Faye Harding (late Terry), and Chelsea Orr, and was the great-grandmother of 6, and great-great-grandmother of 4. She was the sister of Pauline Ware, Beverly Severn, Lilly Houser, Jay Brown, Carolyn Benton, and the late Cathy Scillieri.

Mrs. Orr enjoyed playing bingo and watching soap operas. She could often be found sitting at the park in Havre de Grace overlooking the water.

A viewing will be held on Monday, March 25, 2024, from 2-4 and 6-8, at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 S. Washington St., Havre de Grace, MD. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at 11 AM, at the funeral home. Interment will be held at Harford Memorial Gardens.
