Jeffrey Alan Fulp of Aberdeen, Maryland passed away on May 30, 2018. He was 46. He was the husband of Kelly (Knight) Fulp.

He was born in Havre de Grace, Maryland to Sandra M. (Johnson) and Walter Vuncannon and Francis D.(Pete) and Joanne Fulp. He was the devoted father of David Austin Fulp and Jessica Marie Fulp. He is survived by his siblings; Matt Vuncannon, Jennifer Grant, Megan Rupert, Julie Crowe and the late David J. Fulp.

Jeffrey was a computer engineer at the CACI at the Aberdeen Proving Ground. He was an avid Baseball fan and had been a Churchville Parks and Recreation as well as Aberdeen Parks and Recreation. He enjoyed playing his video games, golfing and loved to cook.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 from 5 P.M. to 8 P.M. at the Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 South Washington Street, Havre de Grace, MD.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at 11 A.M. at the Zellman Funeral Home, P.A.

Officiating will be Dr. Robert Clipp of the Grace United Methodist Church.

Interment will be Harford Memorial Gardens.
