It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of JoAnn Marie Keller, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, who peacefully departed from this world on September 6, 2026, at the age of 77. JoAnn was born on August 15, 1949, in Reading, Pennsylvania, and spent her life touching the hearts of those around her with her kindness and creativity.
JoAnn worked as a Material Planner at Harford Systems, where her attention to detail and work ethic made a lasting impact. Beyond her career, she was a passionate member of the American Legion Post 47 Ladies Auxiliary since 2002, embodying the spirit of community and camaraderie.
As an avid seamstress and crafting enthusiast, JoAnn possessed a remarkable talent for creating beautiful handmade items that brought joy to her family and friends. Her nurturing spirit was felt not only through her crafts but also in the love she shared with her cherished family.
JoAnn is survived by her devoted husband of 58 years, Dennis Keller; her loving daughter, Dawn Keller Taylor (Mark); her granddaughters, Nicole Taylor and Allison Roelke (Chad); her great-grandson, Dylan Roelke; as well as her sister, Linda Adams (Paul), and her brother, David Long (Carmen). Each family member carries with them beautiful memories of JoAnn that will forever remain in their hearts. JoAnn was preceded in death by her parents, Russell Long and June Lackwood, her brother, Russell Long and her sister Judith Fisher.
Family and friends are invited to honor JoAnn's life during a public viewing at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A. on September 11, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM, celebrating the beautiful life JoAnn lived and the love she shared with all.
In remembrance of JoAnn Marie Keller, let us hold dear her legacy of love, creativity, and community service. She will be profoundly missed but never forgotten.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to Joseph L. Davis, American Legion Post 47.
