Obituary
Joanne Theresa Schafer, of Elkton, MD, passed away on September 29, 2021. She was 58.
Mrs. Schafer was born in Maryland, to Robert Joseph Soth, and Arlene Phyllis Thrift Soth. She was the mother of Nicole Schafer, and sister of Michael Robert Soth (Gail), Donna Krebs (Eugene), and Carolyn Smith (Jim).
She was predeceased by her parents and her husband, Edward Schafer.
Mrs. Schafer enjoyed collecting porcelain dolls and glass figurines. She loved animals, especially her dogs and cats. She was a member of the VFW in Port Deposit.
A Memorial service will be held on October 9, 2021, at 2 PM, at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 S. Washington St., Havre de Grace, MD 21078.
