John Elwood Payne, Jr., of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on February 18, 2023. He was 61 years old.
Mr. Payne was born in Havre de Grace, MD, to John Elwood Payne, Sr., and Elizabeth Margaret Mills DuBree. He was the brother of Rosemary Deal (Mark) and Roberta Sue Lucas (William). He is survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Mr. Payne was a skilled artist and tailor. He was also very talented with drawing.
