Johnny Dodson
Johnny Dodson, of Elkton, MD, passed away on Tuesday, September 21, 2010.
He was 60.
He was born in Havre de Grace, MD to the late Arthur Atlas Dodson, Sr., and the late Edith Irene Beavers Dodson.
He was the loving father of Mark Allen Dodson, and his wife Lynia, of Havre de Grace, Maryland, Brian Keithley of Aberdeen, Maryland, and Lisa Renee Miller of Port Deposit. He was the grandfather of Justin Miller, Matthew Miller, Kasey Dodson, Cassidy Newlin, and Cheyanne Dodson, and the great-grandfather of Skylar Welch. He was the dear brother of Frank Dodson and his wife Elsie of Aberdeen, MD, and Irene Dodson of Elkton, Maryland.
Mr. Dodson enjoyed working on cars, formally working at Beavers' Auto Body. He also enjoyed woodworking and loved to watch Western movies and television shows.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, September 23, from 3-5 and 7-9, at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 South Washington Street, Havre de Grace, Maryland 21078. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, September 24, at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be held at Bel Air Memorial Gardens.
