Jonathon Scott Sutton, II, of Aberdeen, MD, passed into glory on June 2, 2023, at age 40, and with his passing a bright light went out in this world.

Jonathon was born in Pensacola, FL, to Jonathon Scott Sutton, Sr., and Deborah Susan Anthony Strickland. He was the father of three beautiful children, Matthew Thomas Sutton, Abrianna Marie Sutton, and Jonathon Scott Sutton, III, and was the brother of Caleb James Sutton, Alexander Charles Sutton, Susannah Leigh Grete, Ian Smith Sutton, Cameron Joel Sutton, and Emily Cathleen Sutton. In death he was reunited with his father, who crossed this river before him and with whom he shared so many wonderful traits.

Jonathon is remembered by his many friends and family for his sparkling wit, the twinkle in his eye when good-humoredly pressing a point, his unerasable smile, his constant laugh, and his penchant for all things Korean. His sweet nature, gentleness, kindness, and devotion to his friends endeared him to so many throughout his life and he always made others feel welcomed and loved when they were near him.

Jonathon clung to his Savior throughout his life and lived with humility and grace. His family rests in the comfort that Jonathon now enjoys everlasting love, joy, and peace in the presence of his Creator.

A Memorial Service will be held on June 26, 2023, at 6:00 PM, at Trinity Presbyterian Church, 44 Southview Avenue, Valparaiso, FL 32580.
