Joyce W. Brannon
Joyce W. Brannon of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on November 7, 2009 at Harford Memorial Hospital. She was 53.
Mrs. Brannon was born in Wilmington, DE to the Winifred (Bain) Brannon and the late David Brannon.
She was a devoted mother to Charles J. Bush, IV and Catherine Ann Winifred Hickey. She was the loving sister to David Brannon and his wife Lynn Brannon and Patricia Carl. She was a member of the VFW in Havre de Grace, MD. She loved going to the beach and was a member of the Red Hat Society. She was also a member of the St. Patrick's Catholic Church. She was enlisted in the United States Navy for more than 17 years and then worked as a federal employee for the Department of the Army for more than 12 years.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 10th from 6 to 9 PM at the Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 South Washington Street, Havre de Grace, MD.
A Military Interment will take place on November 18th at 11 AM at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Bear, DE.
