Judith Elaine Armstrong, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on October 31, 2023. She was 79 years old.

Mrs. Armstrong was born in Christiansburg, VA, to John William Lynch and Verna Virginia Cox Lynch. She was the wife of the late Harvie Ray Armstong, loving mother of Suzette Renee Armstrong (David Elliott), and the late Lisa Larae Armstrong Yim. She was the sister of Bonita "Bonnie" Kinderman and Brenda Merritt. Mrs. Armstrong is also survived by her son-in-law, Ho Yim, brother-in-law David Armstrong, sisters-in-law Ellen Ganoe, Barbara Thornton, and was predeceased by sister-in-law JoAnn Hunt.

Mrs. Armstrong was a teacher's assistant at Havre de Grace Elementary School and Meadowvale Elementary School until retiring in 2006. She enjoyed reading mysteries, especially Sherlock Holmes and Agatha Christie. She was very creative and artistic and loved ceramics. She was also fond of History and speaking French. Mrs. Armstrong will always be remembered for her beautiful handwriting and her gentle heart for animals.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, November 9th, from 1-2 PM, at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 S. Washington St., Havre de Grace, MD. Funeral services will begin at 2PM. Interment will be held at Angel Hill Cemetery.
