Judith Elaine Sawyers, of Aberdeen, MD, passed away on February 4, 2021. She was 74.

Mrs. Sawyers was born in Havre de Grace, MD, to Leland Louis Cullum and Lillie Mae Williams Cullum. She was the devoted wife of Kenneth Sawyers, together for 35 years. Mrs. Sawyers was the loving mother of John Walter Norman and his wife Hilda Margaret Norman of Aberdeen, MD, and the late Brenda Hall and Melissa Norman. She was the grandmother of Jennifer Mitchell, John Hall, Robert Hall, Gladys Gilliam, Debbie Kellum, John Norman, Jr., and Sherry Norman, and great-grandmother of several great-grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Debbie Clark.

Mrs. Sawyers worked as a cashier, most recently at Wal-Mart. She enjoyed flowers and loved animals, especially her yellow lab, Merle.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday, February 9, from 11 AM until 12 PM, at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 S. Washington St., Havre de Grace, MD. Funeral services will begin at noon at the funeral home. P.J. Gilliam will officiate. Interment will be held at Harford Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be John Hall, Robert Hall, Loren Hall, Lee Sawyers, Paul Kellum, and Jeff Angelini.
