June Bowers, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on February 24, 2026. She was 94 years old.

June was born in McKees Rocks, PA, to John and Mary Krebs. She was the devoted wife of Albert Bowers for 70 years, loving mother of Joe Bowers (Deb), Pat Stanley (John), Deb Gaston (Keith Davis), Cathy Pringle (Don), and Karen Lindsay (Rusty). She was the grandmother of eight, great-grandmother of four, and sister of 3. She was predeceased by her husband, parents, and brother.

June retired from Aberdeen Proving Ground. She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church, the Havre de Grace Young at Heart Club, and the Havre de Grace Elks Lodge. June was an avid baker and had a home cake decorating business for many years. After her retirement, she and Al spent winters in Florida, where she enjoyed dancing and card games.

A Mass of Resurrection will be held on Friday, February 27, 2026, at 11:00 AM, at St. Patrick's Hall, 650 Pennington Avenue, Havre de Grace, MD 21078. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 615 Congress Avenue, Havre de Grace, MD 21078.
