Karen Virginia Zellman , 66, of Havre de Grace , MD , passed away surrounded by her loving family on July 3, 2024.

Karen was a lover of christmas, dogs and all things family. She was also hard working , creative , and caring . She had such a generous heart , she would make sure for any holiday that she would gather foods for those in need . Her guilty pleasure was Hallmark movies ALL year around.

Karen was a devoted daughter to Sara Lou Hawkins Harvey . Loving mother to Kristina Jolene Tucker and her husband Shawn of Conowingo , MD. Russel Eugene Billings of Port Deposit , MD, and Angela Marie Tidwell and her husband Aron of Maine.

She was the proud grandmother of Skylar and Kyle Burnette , Chad May , Autumn and Elijah Minor , Jacob May , Shawna Tucker , Russell Eugene Billings Jr , Timothy Tidwell , Mckena and Caleb Kirk , and Jared Tidwell.

Not only was Karen a proud grandmother , but a great grandmother to Kinsley , Emersun and Everett Burnette , Carter Minor , Lucas and Greyson Billings and soon to be born Rhys Kirk.
Karen was the sister of Donna Harvey Praytor , Kathy J. Burkhalter , James H. Cullum , Burton C. Harvey , Paula M. Anis , William C. Cullum , amd Charles E. Walter. She is also survived by many neices , nephews , cousins and friends.

In addition to her father , Burton Eugene Harvey she was preceded in death by her husband Harold Lee Zellman , and Lou Ann Wagoner.
