Linda Jean Hartzell, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on March 26, 2014. She was 67. Mrs. Hartzell was born in Forest Hill, MD, to Elwood and Beulah Martin.

She was the wife of the late Walter C. Hartzell., loving mother of Donna Jean Anderson, Denise Marie Wingler, and Mark Alan Wingler, adored grandmother of Tiffany Nicole Chambers, Crystal Ann Chambers, and Patrick Bish, and great-grandmother of Abigail Elizabeth Spies, Natalie Lousie Marie Spies, and Bently Thomas Edward Spies. She was the dear sister of Buddy Martin, Anna Shaffer, Katie Hemlan, Ester Breedan, Gordy Martin, Debbie Hutchins, Mary Whitt, Robert Martin, Benny Martin, Joseph Martin, Jimmy Martin, Bessie Barton, Gerald Martin, the late Geraldine Griffin, and the late Libby Martin.

Mrs. Hartzell loved working on farms and milking cows.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2014 at 2:00 PM, at the Whitt residence, 1881 Colora Road, Colora, MD 21917.
