Louise E. Zywan, passed away on December 7, 2023 at the Citizens Care and Rehabilitation Center in Havre de Grace, MD. She was 96 years old. She was the devoted wife of the late Robert P. Zywan. Louise was born in Havre de Grace, MD to the late Ernesto and Flora (Caccua) Moretti. She was the loving mother of Karen Zywan, Tina Zywan Ashmun, and her loving son in law Rick Ashmun all of Havre de Grace, MD., goddaughter, Flora Beattle of Elkton, MD, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three brothers and two sisters. Louise is also survived by her Citizens Care and Rehabilitation Center family, whom she loved and who loved her unconditionally. Louise also loved the doctors from Union Medical Clinic, who visited her often. Louise was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church. She enjoyed the beach, music, and dancing. She loved dancing with her niece Debbie. She will be greatly missed. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made in her memory to Citizens Care and Rehabilitation Center, or the St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Services will be private.
