Margaret Lynn Harlan, of Aberdeen, MD, passed away on August 6, 2021. She was 72. Mrs. Harlan was born in Riverside, CA, to Gilbert and Grace Junkins Sturtevant. She was the devoted wife of 54 years to William Harlan, loving mother of the late Christopher Michael Harlan, Granny to Courtney Brown, Payton Harlan, Draven Harlan, and Evelynn Harlan, and Great-Granny to Destiny Tabone and Paisley Jane Sheets. She was the sister of Don Sturtevant. Mrs. Harlan enjoyed traveling and camping. She was an amazing cook, and enjoyed gardening and planting flowers, sewing, and making pottery. She collected elephant figurines. Most of all, she loved being Granny, not only to her family but anyone spending time around her. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, August 10, 2021, from 7-9 PM, at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 S. Washington St., Havre de Grace, MD. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 11, at 11 AM, at the funeral home. Pastor John Lorenzo will officiate. Interment will be at Hopewell Cemetery in Port Deposit, MD.
