Obituary
Margaret "Peggy" Richards, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2017. She was 70.
Mrs. Richards was born in Baltimore, MD to Joseph Meyd and Jean McFadden Meyd. She was the devoted wife of 50 years to Barry Allan Richards, loving mother of John Richards and his wife Bethany, of Havre de Grace, MD, Alison McDonough of Havre de Grace, MD, and Matthew Richards of Nottingham, MD. She was the adored grandmother of Ashley, Logan, Ryland, Lacey, Brennan, and Finn. She was predeceased by her brother, Roger Meyd.
Mrs. Richards enjoyed sewing and painting. She loved Yoga, and taking care of her family.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday, February 1, 2017, from 10 AM until 12 PM at Oak Grove Baptist Church, 2106 Churchville Road, Bel Air, MD, 21015. Funeral services will begin at 12.
