Margaret Sharon Strong
Margaret Sharon Strong, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on December 25, 2010. She was 58.
She was born in Sparta, North Carolina to the late Floyd Wood and Retha Billings Dixon.
She was the loving wife of 40 years to Lawrence Frank Strong, Sr. She was the devoted mother of Lawrence Frank Strong, Jr. and Tina Steele of Elkton, Maryland and Roy Henry Strong and Corina Ridgely of Havre de Grace, MD. She was the adored grandmother of Da-Jour Strong, Roy Henry "RJ" Strong, Jr., Alex Strong, Shakyra Strong, and Donovan Ridgley and Alissa Strong. She was the sister of Richard Allen Wood of North Carolina and Staci and Scott Blevins of Belcamp, Maryland. She is also survived by her nieces, Christy Ayres, Rebecca Ayres, Sherry Wood and Rita Wood.
Mrs. Strong enjoyed watching Little League Baseball and adored being with her grandchildren.
A viewing will be held on Tuesday, December 28, from 2-5 PM at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 South Washington Street, Havre de Grace, Maryland 21078.
