Marianne Romaine Pryer, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on August 16, 2022. She was 81.

Mrs. Pryer was born in Lancaster, PA, to Frank Schuler and Romaine Bittner Schuler-Morrow. She was the devoted wife of the late Thomas Carl Pryer, loving mother of Thomas Keith Pryer (JoAnne) of Aberdeen, MD, and Kendra Louise Fisher (Robert), of Havre de Grace, MD. She was the adoring grandmother of Jared Pryer-White and Cainan Fisher, and sister of Frances Lefever of Palm City, FL, Frank Schuler, Jr., of San Antonio, TX, Leona Rice-Morrow of Ephrata, PA, and Sharon Klepach of Mt. Joy, PA.

Mrs. Pryer was a member of Hopewell United Methodist Church, and the Order of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed needlepoint, cooking, gardening and canning. Her main love was taking care of her grandchildren and singing them "You Are My Sunshine" while walking them to the bus.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2022, from 10-11 AM, at Hopewell United Methodist Church, 3600 Level Village Road, Havre de Grace, MD. Funeral services will begin at 11. Interment will be private. Rev. Dr. Lynne Humphries-Russ will officiate.
