Michael Fanelli, III, of Aberdeen, MD, passed away on May 6, 2020. He was 65.
Mr. Fanelli was born in Brooklyn, NY to Michael Fanelli, Jr., and the late Tatjana Fanelli. He was the devoted husband of 38 years to Renee M. Fanelli, loving father of Jaclyn Dennis (Jordan) and Michael Joseph Fanelli, IV, (Caitlin), and grandfather of Grace Fanelli, Michael Fanelli, V, and Gabriel Fanelli. He was the brother of Eileen Mazzei (Andrew) and Mark Fanelli.
Mr. Fanelli was a Security Specialist for the Department of the Army. He was a member of the United States Master Swimmers' Association where he served on the Board of Directors for several years. He was an avid swimmer and loved the beach. Mr. Fanelli enjoyed sports, coaching baseball and football, and was a Yankees Fan. He loved spending time with his family. All will miss his smile, his positive attitude, and enjoyable conversations.
A Celebration of Life will be held on a later date.
