Michael Joseph "Joey" Heimberger, Jr., of Perryville, MD, passed away on Sunday, November 9, 2014, surrounded by family and friends. He was 30 years old.
Joey was born in Baltimore, MD, to Michael Joseph Heimberger, Sr., and Sharon Elizabeth Heimberger of Perryville, MD. He was the husband of Danielle Heimberger of North East, MD. He was the father of Angela Heimberger of Pottstown, PA, and step-father of Van Randall, Jillian Randall, and Juliana Randall of North East, MD, and the late Katie Elizabeth Heimberger. Joey was the brother of Sarah Lamana and her husband, John William "Billy" Lamana of Havre de Grace, MD. He is also survived by his grandparents, John and Linda Heimberger and Claudia DePasquale.
Joey was a 2002 graduate of Perryville High School. Following High School, he served in the U.S. Navy for four years then worked at LaFarge. Joey enjoyed boating and fishing and being with his family and friends.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, November 13, 2014 from 1-3 PM, at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 South Washington Street, Havre de Grace, MD. A memorial service will follow at 3:00 PM. Deacon George Majchrzak will officiate.
