Michael Shayne "Mickey" Taylor, passed away on April 10, 2019. He was 58. Mr. Taylor was born in Manassas, Virginia, to William "Bill" Taylor and Lottie Rae Houck Gilley. He was the father of Michael Shayne Trimble, Jr., and Nicholas Kyle (Trimble) Grayson. He was the brother of Peggy Taylor and Jeannie Louise Baker. He was preceded in death by his parents as well as his sister M. Suzanne Miller , Patricia L. Walker and a nephew Brent Kauffman. He leaves behind many nieces , nephews , cousins as well as cherished lifelong friends.
Mickey owned and operated Taylor Made Industries. He was passionate about music and enjoyed singing and playing Bass Guitar and Violin. Mickey was an avid "Kansas" fan. He also loved traveling and enjoying the ocean, especially when visiting North Carolina and Florida.
A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, May 5, 2019 from 1:30-3:00 PM, at Mountain Christian Church Epic Center, 1918 West Pulaski Highway, Edgewood, MD 21040.
