Milagros Luz Garcia, of Puerto Rico, passed away on June 28, 2024. She was 71 years of age.

Millie was born in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico, to Neida Perez and Victor Negron. She was the wife of 49 years to Pedro Garcia, loving mother of Pedro Jr., Neida and Enrique Garcia, grandmother of Natalia, Pedro, Justin, Yesenia, Christian, Gabriel, John Henry, and William Victor, and great-grandmother to Blaise and Zayelis. Millie will be greatly missed by her siblings, Jorge, Margarita, Maria, Victor, and Elsa.

Millie's passions were numerous, but the one that shined the brightest, was her love for her children that trickled all the way to her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Always with a smile on her face, Millie enjoyed game nights with her siblings including bingo and dominoes. Her daily phone calls will be missed.
