Nora Elizabeth Burke, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on November 6, 2023. She was 60 years old.
Ms. Burke was born in El Paso, TX, to Allan Burke and Patricia Porter Burke. She was the loving mother of Sheryl Patricia "Tricia" Ragan (Jason Cooper), and Robertta Jean "R.J." Ragan. She was the sister of the late Allan R. Burke, Jr. Ms. Burke was predeceased by her mother and step-mother Roberta "Robin" Vaughan.
Ms. Burke worked for Bayside Antiques in Havre de Grace. She enjoyed reading, music, and theatre.
Services will be private.
