It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Patricia Lee Eller, who left this world peacefully on December 28, 2024, at the age of 73. Born on July 30, 1951, in Danville, Virginia, Patricia was a cherished daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of all who knew her.

Patricia dedicated much of her life to serving her community through her work at Aberdeen Proving Ground, where she made significant contributions in the cleaning department of the civil service. Her tireless efforts and unwavering commitment to her role were a testament to her strong work ethic, and she was admired by colleagues and friends alike.

Patricia was the proud mother of two daughters, Kimberly Newsome (Mike), and Patti Strawbridge, and a beloved grandmother to six grandchildren: Jeremy Dugan, Erika Wettig (Mitchell), Tyler Dugan, Sabrina Newsome, and Michael Newsome, as well as a great-grandchild, Mitchell Wettig. She is also survived by her brother, Doug Taylor, and sister, Cathy Axelson. Her family was her greatest joy, and she found immense happiness in their accomplishments and milestones.

Patricia's legacy will live on in the hearts of her loved ones, who will remember her infectious laughter, unwavering support, and boundless love.

Patricia Lee Eller will be deeply missed but never forgotten. Her spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those she touched.

Patricia was preceded in death by: her brother, Gary Taylor, father, James Taylor, and mother Melba Funk Taylor.
