Obituary

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Patricia Ann Gasdia, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, who peacefully departed this life on October 15, 2025, at the age of 76. Born on May 5, 1949, in New Jersey, Patricia devoted her life to caring for others as a compassionate and dedicated physical therapist. Her kindness and gentle spirit touched countless lives, leaving behind a legacy of love, service, and joy.

Patricia found great happiness in life's simple and meaningful moments. She was an avid photographer with a gift for capturing memories, a passionate gardener who nurtured beauty, and a wine connoisseur who loved sharing good conversation over a glass with loved ones. She cherished traveling, exploring new places, and cooking delicious meals for family gatherings. Above all, her heart belonged to her family, and one of her greatest joys was the annual family beach trips, where laughter and love filled every moment.
Patricia is survived by her three devoted sons, Salvatore (Deanna), Andrew (Jennifer), and Joseph (Christina) Gasdia; her cherished grandchildren Alexander, Riley, Logan, Giavahna, Xavier, Elliahna, Lincoln, Valentoria, Olivia, and Braxton; her beloved great-granddaughter Evangeline Gasdia; her daughter-in-law Pamela; and her siblings Maureen McKay, William Heffernan, and George Heffernan.

Patricia's family and friends will always remember her vibrant spirit, unwavering support, and boundless love for those she held dear. She was preceded in death by her father George Heffernan, her mother Dorothy (Faulkenstern) Heffernan, and her son Paul Gasdia.

A visitation will be held on Friday, October 24, 2025, from 6:00-8:00 PM at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., where family and friends will gather to celebrate Patricia's life and legacy. A funeral service will take place the following day, Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the same location. All who loved Patricia are invited to join in honoring her memory and the lasting impact she made on so many lives.

Patricia's warmth, wisdom, and strength will be deeply missed, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of those she loved. Rest in peace, dear Patricia. You will always be loved and remembered.
