Pedro Manuel Garcia, of Puerto Rico, passed away on September 26, 2021. He was 75 years of age.

Mr. Garcia was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, to Pedro Guillermo Garcia and Lydia Rivera Garcia. He was the husband of 49 years to Milagros Garcia, loving father of Pedro Manuel Garcia, Jr., Neida Garcia and Enrique Garcia, grandfather of Natalia Garcia, Pedro Lionel Garcia, Justin Enrique Garcia, Yesenia Inez Otero, Christian Danny Otero, Gabriel Davier Otero, John Henry Garcia and William Victor Garcia, and great-grandfather of Blaise Reyes Alvarez and Zayelis Otero. He was the brother of Elsa Pagan, Emma Dobin, Henry Garcia, Nancy Garcia, and Yvette Metoyer.

A visitation will be held on Friday, October 1, 2021, from 11 AM until 1 PM, at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 S. Washington St., Havre de Grace, MD. Funeral services will begin at 1 PM, at the funeral home. Interment will be held at Mt. Erin Cemetery.
