Phyllis May Rosling Grundman


Phyllis May Rosling Grundman, 55, of Havre de Grace, MD died November 5, 2009 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Baltimore with family at her side.
Phyllis was born April 6, 1954 in Dundalk, MD, she was the daughter of the late John Rosling and Mabel Virginia Gallimore and Curtis Gallimore.
Phyllis is survived by her husband Philip Grundman of ten years; daughters Sharon Taylor, Rachel Connors and Phyllis DeMar all of Havre de Grace, MD and Adrian Osborne and her husband Roger of Aberdeen, MD. She is also survived by her grandchildren Tiffany Casey, Larry, Katie, and Madison Taylor and Kyle Connors all of Havre de Grace, MD, Michael, Logan and Christopher Osborne all of Aberdeen, MD. Phyllis is survived by her sister Francis Rosling of Elkton, MD; nieces Marci Blackwell, Shannon Adams, Sharon Adams, Valerie Howe and nephew Nathan McLaughlin. She is predeceased by her sister Virginia "Ginny" Shade and close family friend Richard Christy.
Mrs. Grundman loved decorating cakes, vacationing in Ocean City, MD and enjoying going to her favorite restaurant Melvin's Steakhouse in O.C. She loved cats and the comfort & companionship that they brought to her. Her favorite pastime was spending time with her grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on November 8, 2009 at 2 PM at the Havre de GraceUnitedMethodistChurch, 101 S. Union Avenue, Havre de Grace, MD.
