Ralph Ellis Moody, Jr.

Ralph Ellis Moody, Jr., of Havre de Grace, passed away on Saturday, January 9, 2010. He was 67.
He was born in Havre de Grace, to the late Ralph Ellis Moody, Sr., and the late Helen Miller Moody.
He was the loving husband of Carole Reeves Moody for 39 years. He was the devoted father of R. Scott Moody of Havre de Grace, MD, and Jeffery M. Moody of Boca Raton, FL. He was the brother of Margaret Ryan of Edgewood, MD and the late Edward William Moody.
Mr. Moody retired from Aberdeen Proving Ground as a Contracting Officer Representative in 1999. He then worked at JP Chevrolet for several years, and also helped at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A.
Mr. Moody was a Life Member of the American Legion Post 47. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion, VFW Post 8126, and the Havre de Grace ELKS. He was an avid golfer, loved to work on antique automobiles, and work around his house and in his yard.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 16, at 1:00 PM, at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 South Washington Street, Havre de Grace, Maryland 21078. Rev. Ed Heydt will officiate.
