Richard Bryan Billings
Richard Bryan Billings, of Havre de Grace, Maryland, passed away on Thursday, November 4, 2010. He was 51.
He was born in Havre de Grace, to John Edward Billings and the late Lenna Marie Barr.
Mr. Billings was the brother of Sam Rose, Buddy, Peggy Silver, Tammy McClure, and Diane Carswell.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, November 13, 2010, from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM, at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 South Washington Street, Havre de Grace, MD 21078. Funeral services will be held at 2:00. Pastor Lauretta Halstead will officiate.
Donations may be made in his memory to Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 South Washington Street, Havre de Grace, MD 21078.
