Ricky George Tutsock, of Aberdeen, MD, passed away on November 18, 2021. He was 64. Mr. Tutsock was born in Portage, Pennsylvania, to Thomas Tutsock and Bonnie Shingle Tutsock. He was the devoted husband of 37 years to Vicenta Tutsock, loving father of Cecilia Williamson (William L. Williamson, Jr.), and Stanley Y. Aoki, grandfather of William Williamson, III, Sierra N.L. Sokel-Williamson, Ricky Lee Sokel (Molly), Julian Aoki, Damien Aoki, Sophia Aoki, and Deonte Brown, and great-grandfather of William Williamson IV, and Milani Rice. He was the brother of David Tutsock and the late Thomas Tutsock, Jr., and Johnny Tutsock. He was also predeceased by his father, Thomas Tutsock.

Mr. Tutsock served in the U.S. Army for 25 years and was part of the Saudi Arabia/ Kuwait Liberation and also served in Southwest Asia. He then worked for CECOM and was still currently working for them. He was an avid fisherman, loved football and going to the casino. Mr. Tutsock also enjoyed traveling and classic rock.

A viewing will be held on Monday, November 29, 2021, from 5-8 PM, at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 S. Washington St., Havre de Grace, MD. Funeral services will be held at Arlington National Cemetery on a later date.
