**Obituary for Robert Alexander Del Mauro**

June 5, 1996 - January 5, 2026

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Robert Alexander Del Mauro, who left us far too soon on January 5, 2026, at the age of 29.

Born on June 5, 1996, Robert was known for his rare depth and brilliance. His intelligence and work ethic led him to the top of his class and to professional success at a young age. He had an inquisitive mind and was often found with a coffee cup in hand and his nose in a book.

A gifted writer and painter, he possessed the unique ability to translate the world around him into art. This creativity found a different voice at the piano, where he expressed through music what words could not. Yet, Robert's greatest symphony was the quiet way he loved others. His compassion was as vast as his talent, creating a legacy of kindness. To have known Robert was to have known a truly beautiful spirit.

Robert is survived by his mother Kim, his father Steven (Donna), siblings Jennifer (Matthew) and Steven, nephews Antonio and Vincenzo, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Robert also leaves behind his beloved cat, Luna, who was a source of comfort by his side.

We carry with us the memory of Robert's kindness and the brilliance of his creative mind. May he find eternal peace, while the echo of his music and the resonance of his writing bring comfort to us all.

Family and friends are invited to gather and celebrate Robert's life. A memorial service will take place on Thursday, February 12, 2026, from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm, at Zellman Funeral Home in Havre de Grace, Maryland.
