It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of Ronald Michael "Mike" Harman, who died on September 13, 2025, at the age of 63. He was born on October 11, 1961, in Baltimore, Maryland, to the late Ronald E. and Diane M. (Bertch) Harman. Mike was a beloved member of the Tilghman Island community, where he made his home.

Mike was known for his infectious smile, contagious laughter, and easy-going nature. He built a successful career in marine sales, spending many years at Fairbank Tackle, where he was cherished by customers and colleagues. His enthusiasm for all things marine naturally reflected his deep love for the water and outdoors.

Mike had a special bond with his niece, Michael R. Fluharty, who will forever hold him close in her heart. He is survived by his nephews Eric, Cory and Adam Fluharty and brother-in-law Timothy Fluharty. He was predeceased by his cherished sister Vicki Fluharty. His joyful spirit and zest for life will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
