Ronald Jennings Mullins, of Romney, West Virginia, passed away on March 8, 2026. He was 75 years old.

Mr. Mullins was born to David Mullins and Carrie (Lena) Mullins. He was the devoted husband of Bonnie Mullins, loving father of Shannon Mullins, Roseonna Barnette, Daren Mullins, Sean Mullins, Evelyne Mullins Amesreiter, Veronica Keen, and Frankie Keen. He was a loving grandfather and great grandfather of many, and brother of Anita Mullins, Duane Mullins, Clifford Mullins, Arnold Mullins, Jerry Mullins, James Mullins, and David Mullins.

Mr. Mullins enjoyed singing, telling jokes, fishing, cooking, gardening, cook outs, and being with family.

A viewing will be held on Monday, March 16th, 2026, from 11:00am until 1:00pm at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 927 Pulaski Hwy, Havre de Grace, MD 21078. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to Ronnie's memorial fund to help support the family during this difficult time.
