Stella Jean Paragallo



Stella Jean Paragallo, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on February 20, 2012. She was 85.
She was born in Buchanan County, Virginia to the late Charles and Eva Jackson Webb. She was the wife of the late Frank Ralph Paragallo.
She was the loving mother of Frank Ralph Paragallo, Jr., and his companion Linda McCummings of Rising Sun, MD, Richard Lewis Paragallo of Winter Park, Florida, and Linda Paragallo Wood and her companion John Lopez of Orlando, Florida. She is survived by 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by 15 siblings.
Mrs. Paragallo was a member of the VFW Post 8126 and American Legion Post 47. She served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Her hobbies were reading, jigsaw puzzles, and watching old movies. She also loved to play claw machines and donated the stuffed animals she won to the children at Johns Hopkins.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday, February 22, from 6-8 PM at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 South Washington Street, Havre de Grace, MD. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, February 23, at 2:00 PM at Mt. Erin Cemetery, Graceview Drive, Havre de Grace, MD.
