Stephen Mark Kirtscher, Jr., of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on April 29, 2021. He was 45.
Mr. Kirtscher was born in Havre de Grace, MD, to Stephen Mark Kirtscher and Janet Lea McMillion Ramsey (Frederick) . He was the father Hailey Kirtscher, brother of Kelly Ann Kirtscher, and uncle of Anneric and Duron Potts.
He was predeceased by his father.
Mr. Kirtscher was a 1993 graduate of Havre de Grace High School. He was an avid Ravens fan often attending home games. Mr. Kirtscher loved hanging out with family and friends.
Services will be held on a later date.
