Stephen David Lightner, of North East, MD, passed away on July 24, 2024. He was 52.

Mr. Lightner was born in Havre de Grace, MD, to Stephen Ralph Lightner and Linda Kay Weatherman Lightner. He was the husband of 9 years to Susan Lightner, stepfather to Jocelyn and Lauren, brother of Rachel Lightner and the late Andrew Lightner, Steve is also survived by his grandmother, Juanita Weatherman, the late David Weatherman and late grandparents Eleanor Lightner and husband. Also survived by his aunt Barbara Johnson and Debbie Bomhard, and many nieces and nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents.

Mr. Lightner was a truck driver his entire life, currently working for Cowan Trucking. He enjoyed boating, fishing and crabbing, camping and loved riding his motorcycle.

A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2024, from 6-8 PM, at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 927 Pulaski Highway, Havre de Grace, MD. 21078.
