Thelma Elizabeth Billings, of Colora, MD, passed away on February 28, 2024. She was 76 years old.

Mrs. Billings was born in Marion, VA, to General Lee Creasy and Blanch Thomas Creasy. She was the devoted wife of Dwight Wayne Billings, loving mother of Eric Bartlebaugh, sister of Eva Ruth Doss (Dallas), Mary Louise McCracken (late Everett), and the late Elmer Creasy, Leonard Creasy, Virgie Ferguson, Claire Hensley, Betty Mountain, Geroge Creasy, Irene Worley, Paul Creasy, and Evelyn Shatley, and adored aunt of several nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband, Edward Bartlebaugh.

Throughout Mrs. Billings' life she was known for cherishing and taking care of her family and giving of herself to help others.

A viewing will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2024, from 10-11 AM, at Antioch Baptist Church, 209 North Earlton Road, Havre de Grace, MD. Funeral services will begin at 11 AM, at the church.

Pastor Donnie Smith will officiate.
