It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Todd Michael Neiman, beloved husband, father, and friend, who left this world on September 14, 2025, at the age of 53. Todd was born on December 14, 1971, in York, Pennsylvania, and he spent his life dedicated to his family and his work.

Todd was the retired owner of Paradise Pools, where his passion for quality and craftsmanship shone brightly. Beyond his professional endeavors, he was an avid motorcycle enthusiast and a gifted mechanic, always sharing his love of the open road and the thrill of engineering with those around him. His dedication to working hard and playing harder touched everyone who knew him, leaving a lasting impression on family, friends, and customers alike.

Todd is survived by his loving wife of 18 years, Heather Neiman; his cherished children, Brooke Livering and stepdaughter Faith Warner; his adoring granddaughter, Stevie Keaton; his dear mother, Deborah Witmer; his sister, Brandy Neiman, her two sons; and brother, Jeremy Citrola (Anthony). Each of them holds precious memories of Todd, whose warmth, strength, and infectious spirit will forever resonate in their hearts.

Friends and family are invited to join us in celebrating Todd's life and legacy. Funeral services will be held at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A. on September 21, 2025, starting at 3:00 PM, with a public visitation earlier in the day from 2:00-3:00 PM. All who knew and loved Todd are welcome to pay their respects, share stories, and honor a remarkable man who brought joy to so many.

In this time of mourning, may we find comfort in the memories we shared with Todd, and may his spirit continue to ride alongside us in the journeys yet to come.

Todd was preceded in death by his father, Junior Seifert and baby daughter, Emily Neiman (mother Michelle Livering).
