It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Tyler Mathew Lingenfelter, beloved husband, father, son, and friend, who left us on April 14, 2025, at the age of 33. Tyler was born on October 22, 1991, in Baltimore, Maryland, and spent his life bringing joy to those around him through his vibrant spirit and unwavering dedication to his family.

Tyler was a devoted husband to his wife, Chantella Lingenfelter, and a proud father to his three sons, Cameron Sanders-Lingenfelter, Cayden Sanders-Lingenfelter and Colton Sanders-Lingenfelter. He cherished every moment spent watching his boys play sports, sharing in their triumphs and encouraging them to chase their dreams with the same passion he brought to everything he did.

As a landscaper employed by Burkhardt's Care, Tyler took great pride in his work, finding joy in nurturing the beauty of nature. His love for the outdoors extended beyond his profession, as he often spent weekends restoring cars and riding dirt bikes, pursuits that brought him immense happiness and a sense of adventure.

Tyler is survived by his parents, Sherri Helmert and Frederick Helmert; his late brother, Richard Dowler; and his sister, Brittany McClure. Each of them will carry his memory in their hearts, cherishing the laughter and love he brought into their lives.

A funeral service will be held to honor Tyler's life on April 21, 2025, at 6:00 PM at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 927 Pulaski Highway, Havre de Grace, MD. Prior to the service, a public viewing will take place from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM that same day. We invite all who knew and loved Tyler to join us as we celebrate his remarkable life and the indelible mark he left on our hearts.

Tyler's legacy of love, laughter, and adventure will live on in the memories we share and the stories we tell. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
