Virginia "Yvonne" Moore, of Abingdon, MD, passed away on October 18, 2023. She was 92 years old.

Mrs. Moore was born in Edgewood, MD, to Harry Siler and Cora Hunter Siler. She was the devoted wife of the late Gordon Elliott Moore, loving mother of Terry Klein (George), Nedra Sadera (Gary), Lynn Dougherty (Paul), and the late Bruce Moore. She was the grandmother of Christine Weaver, Marianne Zellman (John), Tim Sadera (Cheryl), Bryan Soul (Tara), David Kilduff (Amanda), Kevin Sadera (Lacie), and Jeremy Moore, great-grandmother of Michael Maresca (Elizabeth), Collin Clark, Bryce Zellman, Logan Hoover, Joey Moore, Ariel Soul, Tyler Soul, Lexi Penman, Ashton Penman, Austin Penman, Aidan Zellman, Madison Sadera, and Makayla Sadera, and great-great-grandmother of Griffin and Quinn Maresca. She was predeceased by her siblings, Eugene, JC, Harold, Paul and Russell Siler, Betty Beaver, Jackie Pullin, and Charles Siler.

Mrs. Moore was a member of Edgewood Baptist Church. She loved being with her family, especially her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, from 11 AM until 12 PM, at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 S. Washington Street, Havre de Grace, MD. Funeral services will begin at 12 PM. Rev. Michael Caldwell will officiate. Interment will be held at Harford Memorial Gardens.
