Virginia Arbaugh Richards
Virginia Arbaugh Richards, of Havre de Grace, passed away on May 5, 2009. She was 83.
She was born in Reisterstown, MD, to the late Harry Arbaugh and Grace Fox Arbaugh.
She was the devoted wife of the late Joseph Harvey Richards. She was the loving mother of Steve Butler of Memphis, TN, Jennifer Richards of Havre de Grace, MD, and the late Marcia Carlen. She was the adored grandmother of Lauren Michelle Rogers, Jocelyn Fox Rogers and Cassandra Vaden Rogers, of Havre de Grace, MD, and also has two grandsons. She is survived by her son-in-law, Frank Carlen of Bel Air, MD, and was predeceased by her daughter-in-law, Martha Butler.
Mrs. Richards spent her career as a secretary with a top-secret clearance at Fort Holabird. Outside of her career, her passion was taking care of and spending time with her family.
Services for Mrs. Richards will be private.
