Virginia Isabelle Rochet



Virginia Isabelle Rochet, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on October 26, 2012. She was 101.
She was born in Havre de Grace, MD to the late John Wilson and Lydia Shenberger Wilson.
She was the devoted wife of the late Joseph Rochet. Mrs. Rochet was the loving mother of Jo Ann Angelini of Havre de Grace, MD, and Theresa Belcher of Las Vegas, NV. She is survived by 6 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild. She was predeceased by her son-in-law, Robert Angelini, one grandchild, and her siblings, Daniel Wilson, Arthur Wilson, Mary Lieske, Helen Smith, and Barbara Lindenberger.

Mrs. Rochet was a lifelong member of Havre de Grace United Methodist Church. She worked for Carroll's Laundry and also for the Perry Point VAMC. She enjoyed playing slot machines, BINGO, Pokeno, and Dominoes. She was a long time resident of St. John's Towers. She will be remembered as being fun loving, a good friend, and a loving mother who took pride in all of her family.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, November 1, 2012, from 10 AM until 11:00 AM at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 South Washington Street, Havre de Grace, MD. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 AM. Interment will be held at Angel Hill Cemetery.
