Obituary
William A. Molali
William A. Molali of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of his family on February 20, 2009. He was 80.
Mr. Molali was born in Youngstown, Ohio to the Late James and Patia (nee Kirkomoli) Molali. He was a devoted husband of 59 years to Norma (nee Fuchs) Molali.
He was a loving father to W. Frank Molali and his wife Nancy Glenn Molali and to his two grandchildren Charlotte and William Molali. Mr. Molali was predeceased by his 3 sisters. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Upon graduation of High School, he entered the United States Navy and was stationed in Bainbridge, MD, where he met his future wife Norma at a U.S.O. dance. He was the founder of the Susquehanna Concrete Products, Inc. in 1969 He was a Little League Coach and Manager, and Master Scout Leader in Havre de Grace. Mr. Molali was the former President and long time member of the Havre de Grace Rotary Club, where he received the Paul Harris Award. He was very proud of his 31 years of sobriety, through which he helped many others down this path. One of his proudest achievements was his work at Grace Reformed Episcopal Church as a Vestryman, Treasurer, Junior Warden, and at present Senior Warden. He loved playing golf. He especially enjoyed his winter vacations with his wife to Barbados.
A visitation will be held on Monday, February 23, 2009 , from 2 to 4 PM and 7 to 9 PM at the Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 South Washington Street, Havre de Grace, MD 21078.
A Service will be held on Tuesday, February 24, 2009 at 10:00 AM at the Grace Reformed Episcopal Church, 550 Fountain Street, Havre de Grace, MD 21078.
