Obituary for Grace Helen Testerman
Grace Helen Testerman, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on July 16, 2014, surrounded by family. She was 74.
She was born in Marion, Virginia, to John Wesley Norman and Ruth Helen Norman. She was the loving mother of Cathy Jean Fitzgerald and husband Earl Douglas Fitzgerald of Perryman, MD, Lesia Lynn Wilson and husband Barry Allen Wilson of Havre de Grace, MD, Sandra Michelle Twombly and husband Steven Douglas Twombly of Havre de Grace, MD, and the late Charles Wesley Testerman. She was the adored grandmother of Michael Fitzgerald, Melissa Nutter, Timothy Fitzgerald, Danielle Doged, Barrie Tufano, Ashlee M. Clark, and Autumn, Twombly. Mrs. Testerman had 6 great-grandchildren. She was the dear sister of Charles Norman, Maynard “Butch” Norman, Mildred Caldwell, Anna Hall, and the late Glen Norman, Wanda Weideker, and Debbie Shenk.
Mrs. Testerman enjoyed reading, playing BINGO, and watching old movies. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and taking care of them.
A viewing will be held on Monday, July 21, 2014, from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM, at Zelllman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 South Washington St., Havre de Grace, MD. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 PM. Pastor Johnnie Brewer will officiate. Interment will be held at Bel Air Memorial Gardens.
Contributions may be made in her memory to American Cancer Society, 8219 Town Center Drive, Baltimore, MD, 21236.
