Obituary for Lewis Melvin Hard

Lewis M. Hard of Churchville, MD passed away on August 21, 2014 at Harford Memorial Hospital in Havre de Grace, MD. He was 75. He is survived by his devoted wife of 42 years Trela M. Hard. Mr. Hard was born in Columbus, OH to the late David F. and Reba P. (Humphreys) Hard. He was the loving father to Brian L. Hard and his wife Amy, Jennifer L. Hard and her companion David Iversen and Karen Y. Hard. He was the brother to Betty Jane Darling and was predeceased by James F. Hard. Mr. Hard had retired from the United States Air Force after serving more than 22 years. He was a veteran of the Vietnam war and served his country as a Military Police Officer until his retirement.
