Obituary for Mildred Elizabeth Packard
Mildred Elizabeth Packard, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on November 28, 2014. She was 92. Mrs. Packard was born in Havre de Grace, MD, to Eustace and Lillian Foy. She was the wife of the late Roscoe W. Packard, loving mother to Fred R. Packard and his wife Cathleen, of Florida, and Charles E. Packard, Sr., and his wife Linda of Havre de Grace, MD. She was the grandmother of Charles E. “Chad” Packard, Jr., and his wife Heather of Havre de Grace, MD. She was predeceased by her siblings, William F. Foy, Lewis Foy, Doris P. Mason, and Ann Reginaldi.
Mrs. Packard was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and a Life Member of Grace Reformed Episcopal Church. She loved reading.
A viewing will be held on Tuesday, December 2, 2014, from 2-4 and 7-9 PM, at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 South Washington Street, Havre de Grace, MD. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2014, at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Rev. Mark Specht will officiate. Interment will be held at Harford Memorial Gardens.
Contributions may be made in her memory to Grace Reformed Episcopal Church, 560 Fountain Street, Havre de Grace, MD 21078. Online condolences may be made to www.zellmanfuneralhome.com.
