Leonard Pitts
Leonard Edward Pitts, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, October 31, 2011. He was 88.
He was retired from Aberdeen Proving Ground after 40 years of service. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
He is survived by Clara Mae Pitts, wife of 62 years of marriage. He is also survived by four sons, three grandchildren, four great- grandchildren, and two great- great- grandchildren.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, Novemebr 3, from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Funeral services will begin at 11:00. Pastor Ronald Tabor will officiate. Interment will be held at Harford Memorial Gardens, Aberdeen, MD.
