Albert S. Cantymagli


Albert S. Cantymagli, age 84 of Havre de Grace, MD passed away on April 2, 2013. He was born on August 17, 1928 in Conshohocken, PA.to the late Louis and Jennie Cantymagli. He was a loving husband of 55 years to Betty Lou Cantymagli and a devoted father to Lanny Bowers, Timothy Cantymagli, Donna Kirkendall, Denna Wood and her husband Keith, and the late Michael and Mitchell Cantymagli. He was also the grandfather of eight and great-grandfather of five. He served his country in the United States Navy for 23 years. After retiring from the service, he was a chef for twelve years for the Army Corps of Engineers. He also worked at Harford Memorial Hospital in the food service department. He was a member of the American Legion Post #135 in Perryville, MD. He loved to cook and enjoyed watching sports. He enjoyed fishing and feeding the ducks with his loving family. Some of his favorite times spent were lying in the sun on Clearwater Beach in Florida. He adored his family and loved spending time with them. A viewing will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2013 from 11 A.M. to 12 P.M. at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 South Washington Street, Havre de Grace, MD, where a funeral service will be held at 12 P.M. Officiating will be Father Roy Pollard. Interment will be held at the Principio Cemetery, Perryville, MD.
