As the heavens above opened up and welcomed the most beautiful and loveable person I've ever met in my few years that I've known her i reflect on the great times we've had from the casino cruise for her birthday to the trip to Daytona and the countless times I've heard her sing karaoke. Ann Marie Bolen will very much be missed. She opened her house and her heart to me when i wasn't myself. She would smile and tell me everything will be ok and that Dennis Jr Bolen or herself will always be there for me whenever i needed it. My heart is definitely gonna miss that piece that she sewn on with her love and understanding. My deepest and sincere condolences go out to the entire Bolen family. Heaven is definitely gaining another special angel.

So, I’ve been struggling today. I’ve tried to write something... anything close to my thoughts..... about six times now. So, I’m just going to type. We lost a good friend, Ann Marie Bolen to cancer today. Disney fanatic, softball player, and a beautiful soul. I met Ann and her husband Dennis playing softball here in Avalon, where they nicely talked me up and let me play at Red Bug with them on Wednesdays. She was also there when we played on Tuesdays and Sundays (at least when parenting duties allowed.) I’ll miss her yelling out where the previous hits had been. I’ll miss seeing her at the Avalon events.

I’ll miss you, Ann. We’ll all watch over Dennis and the kids, and you watch over us.

Ann was the best friend a person could ask for. Her positivity was infectious, her smile brightened any day, and her kindness was outmatched. I will always cherish the time we spent together at Disney, or karaoke, or anywhere else we were.
Rest well princess. ❤️

To our AMB family. It is with a heavy heart that we announce sad news today. Ann Marie Bolen aka AMB has flown high with the angels this morning. After a fight with cancer, she has gone home to rest with no pain. Her infectious smile, her amazing voice, her loving nature will always be in our minds and hearts. She leaves behind her two children and husband, as well as a slew of family and friends that absolutely adore her. We will be having a softball and pool tournament along with other fundraisers to help the Bolen family with bills during this incredibly difficult time. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
