Beverly Fern Reedy




Beverly Fern Reedy, passed away on May 30, 2009, surrounded by her loving family. She was 77.

Mrs. Reedy was born in Everett, Mass. to the Late Hubert and Mary Ada (Holland) Laing. She was the devoted wife of the Late James B. Reedy.

She is survived by her children: James B. Reedy and his wife Terri of Chesapeake, VA, Richard K. Reedy and his wife Robin Ann of Summerville, SC, Alan C. Reedy and his wife Amy of Townsend, DE, Nancy L. Johnson and her husband Roger of Park City, IL and Fern Smith and her husband Ron of Havre de Grace, MD. She was a loving grandmother to: Jason Reedy, Cameron Reedy, Sydney Reedy, Jami Gomez and her husband Jose`, Tiffany Smith, Ian Smith, Christopher Reedy, Jessica Reedy, Amber Reedy, Austin Reedy and Alex Reedy. She was an adoring great-grandmother of two: Jaden and Janika Gomez. She was a sister of Shirley May Laing and the Late William R. Laing. She is survived by her beloved J. B.

Mrs. Reedy loved reading, crocheting and watching her favorite soap shows. She was a member of the FirstBaptistChurch in Havre de Grace, MD. She loved and adored her grandchildren and spending time with her family.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2009 from 6 to 9 PM at the Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 S. Washington Street, Havre de Grace, MD.

A service will be held on Wednesday, June 3, 2009 at 11 AM at the Zellman Funeral Home, P.A.

Officiating will be Pastor Ron Smith
